Water Charging
-
- Only glass should be used to hold water, not metal, plastic, ceramic, or wood.
- In this case you could attach the wand to a hair dryer stand or some other system if you are charging a big 5 or 10-liter container.
- By blowing through the sides of the glass bottle, you can charge the water as well.
- Drink two glasses (16 ounces/500 ml) of hot or room temperature “charged” water before and after each session.
- The charge lasts for 24 hours by charging 10 liters of water for 8 minutes, 5 liters of water for 5 minutes, and 2 glasses of 500ml/16oz water for 1 minute.
Sessions with Terahertz Wand Blowers
-
- Blowing directly on bare skin without oils, creams, or lotions produces the best results. However, be sure to stay warm during the entire session.
- Clothing is the 2nd best option, but avoid synthetic materials and use organic non-bleached cotton.
- Make use of a portable hair dryer stand
- The Terahertz wand blower will be used daily for 20 to 40 minutes or more at a time, so consider investing in a hair dryer stand (available on Amazon). Here are the advantages:
- There is no need to involve anyone else in self-treatment
- While treating different areas, your arm will not tire out holding the wand for up to 40 minutes or more
- The Terahertz wand blower is less likely to be dropped, which could damage the optical crystal inside and render it useless
- If you lie in bed, you can turn over and treat the back area, moving up and down on the bed to cover your entire body.
- You can easily treat all the different areas of your hair with the flexible and adjustable hair dryer stand.
You can use your phone’s stopwatch or timer
-
- In addition to 2 – 3 minutes on each main point, it would be helpful to have a “timer” to keep track of the amount of time spent on areas that need more Terahertz therapy.
How to Use Your Terahertz Wand Blower
-
- Push downward while holding the button, rotate the top part to the left until you hear a “click” – do the opposite to separate the 2 parts]
- Plug in the correct voltage (110 volts in North America).
- Do not place wand near open water sources such as sinks, showers, bathtubs, or wet surfaces
- Use on a soft surface, such as a bed, to avoid breaking the crystal inside the wand
- The best results are obtained by blowing directly on bare skin free of oils and lotions – the second option is to blow over pure cotton clothing
- Drink two glasses (16 ounces/500 ml) of hot or room temperature “charged” water before and after each workout
- For 10 liters of water, charge it for 8 minutes, for 5 liters of water, charge it for 5 minutes, and for 2 glasses of 500ml/16oz water, charge it for 1 minute
- Shower or bathe before each session or wait 4 hours before showering after sessions
- After treatment, avoid eating cold foods, drinking cold drinks, or sitting under a fan or air conditioner
- Do not apply directly to areas with pacemakers, stents, drug pumps, prostheses, metal plates, unhealed surgical or open wounds, or bleeding areas.
- Use caution if you have severe acute heart disease, extreme hyperthyroidism, organ dysfunction, active tuberculosis, acute hepatitis, or severe diabetes.
- Pregnant, menstruating, or breastfeeding women should spend no more than 10 minutes per day on the main points
- In case of high blood pressure, blow on the sides of the head only, not the top
